What we collect

When you apply, refer someone or send a question through the chat, we collect what you type into the form: usually a name, phone number, email, move-in timing and notes. Applications may include a photo ID image you choose to upload. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank details or medical records on this website. Please don't send them.

How we use it

Only to respond to you, review rental applications with the same written criteria for every applicant, and manage our homes. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Triple Play Housing staff and our property managers. ID images and documents are stored privately and are only visible in our password-protected dashboard. Email notifications we receive don't include ID images.

The chat assistant

The chat answers from information published on this website. Nothing is saved unless you choose "Send my question to a person," which emails your question and reply contact to our team.
