About us

Triple Play Housing rents private bedrooms in shared homes in Jacksonville, FL. We are a landlord only. We do not provide care, meals, supervision, treatment or case management.

Listings and prices

Room availability, photos and prices on this site are provided in good faith and can change at any time. A listing is not an offer to rent. Your Extended Stay Agreement is the only agreement that sets your rent, fees and terms.

Applications

Submitting an application or referral doesn't guarantee approval, a room or a move-in date. Every applicant is reviewed using the same written criteria. Triple Play Housing is an Equal Housing Opportunity provider.

Chat assistant

The chat gives general information only. It can't approve applications, hold rooms or change an Extended Stay Agreement. If its answer differs from your Extended Stay Agreement or from our staff, the agreement and staff are correct.
